This gorge is near the village of Kamares. From there begins a route that ends at an altitude above 700m in the Kamaraikos cave. It is one of the most impressive and largest gorges in the south of Psiloritis and has a length of 5km.
Crossing it requires equipment and experience because it has 36 technical descents. The gorge has lush vegetation with clusters of kermes oaks, cypresses, and pine trees. Geologically it is formed with Tripoli rocks.
